Create a digital tool for managers enabling real-time price analysis, competitor offer comparison, and generating commercial proposals in just a few clicks.
ExMail Pricing Tool is an internal system developed for logistics company managers. The product allows comparing the company's own tariffs with competitors' tariffs based on various parameters (weight, discount, margin, delivery time, etc.), calculating the optimal price considering margin or discount, automatically generating commercial proposals and instantly sending them to clients. The tool significantly speeds up the sales department's work and increases chances of successful deals.
Functionality:
Screen 1: Calculation and comparison - the manager selects comparison parameters (weight, discount, margin, etc.), enters route (origin/destination), specifies weight, discounts and margin. It's possible to upload a template file or use a ready-made "TOP 100" routes list. After adding competitors for comparison and selecting a service, the user clicks "Calculate" and gets a price comparison table with VAT breakdown, percentage difference, delivery times and other parameters.
Screen 2: Commercial proposal - after calculation, the manager can generate a CP, preview it, export to Excel or PDF, or send directly to client via Email or WhatsApp.
Margin and discounts - the system allows flexible management of margin and discount. Depending on strategy, you can offer below-market prices or maintain proposal profitability.
Template and data upload - ability to upload Excel files with tariffs for both your company and competitors. Supports format validation, structure and template control.
TOP 100 - a special mode allowing instant calculation of popular routes without manual data entry.
Admin panel - through the administrative interface you can manage users (create, edit, block, delete), edit comparison parameters, competitors and services lists, upload tariffs and templates.
CP database - a section for administrators where all created CPs can be tracked and filtered by date and authors, with quick viewing of each proposal's content.

The ability to flexibly compare company tariffs with competitors' offers, account for margins and discounts, and quickly send CPs to clients has significantly simplified managers' work and increased sales department efficiency.
