The client, an escape room owner, approached us with the task of modernizing their admin panel, which serves as a mini-CRM for managing their sales department. The main goal of the project was to improve user-friendliness and add new features such as a mobile version of the panel, a booking system, and website page management. The existing panel was developed on Yii2, but it was decided to transition to Laravel for better performance and system scalability.
1. Technical specification development.
- Creation of a mind map detailing the current admin panel workflow.
- Comprehensive textual description of all admin panel functionalities.

2. Design creation
- Development of new panel mockups in Figma for both desktop and mobile versions. Previously, a mobile version did not exist.

3. Backend programming
- Development and editing functionality for creating and managing escape rooms.

- Integration of a calculator for calculating paid amounts.

As a result of the work completed, the client received a modernized admin panel developed on Laravel using HTML, CSS, and Vue.js technologies. The new panel features improved performance, user-friendliness, and expanded functionality, including a mobile version, which significantly simplified the management of the escape room business. The booking system, user management, and the ability to add new locations have increased the efficiency of the sales department and enhanced the customer experience. This has contributed to business growth and improved sales performance.
