— Defined the goals: to create an internal tool for the logistics company’s sales department for instant price analysis and quotation preparation.

Main Screen

— Calculation and comparison screen: select route (from/to), input weight, discounts, and margins, choose service and competitors for comparison.

— Support for uploading templates and using the TOP 100 mode to instantly calculate popular routes without manual input.

— Results displayed in a table with VAT breakdown, percentage difference, delivery times, and key parameters.

Inner Screens

— Commercial proposal screen: create offers, preview, export to Excel or PDF, and send directly to clients via Email or WhatsApp.

— Admin panel: manage users and roles, edit comparison parameters, competitor lists, and services, upload rates and templates.

— Proposal database: monitor all created offers, filter by date or author, and quickly view the content of each proposal.

AI Integration

— AI was not implemented in the current version, with focus on precise algorithmic calculation and data validation.

— The architecture allows for future integration of AI models to predict pricing and deal success probability.

— Potential scoring results can be added to the comparison table and proposal card without changing the system’s core logic.
